SiSiB® Fumed Aluminum Oxide is a high-purity, ultra-fine aluminum oxide powder produced through flame hydrolysis technology. Featuring high surface area, low bulk density, excellent thermal stability, and outstanding dispersibility, the product is widely used in coatings, adhesives, sealants, electronics, thermal management materials, polishing systems, and specialty industrial applications.


Compared with conventional fumed silica, SiSiB® Fumed Aluminum Oxide offers different surface chemistry, higher hardness, and improved thermal and mechanical performance in selected applications. While fumed silica is commonly used for rheology control and thickening, fumed aluminum oxide can additionally provide enhanced scratch resistance, polishing performance, wear resistance, thermal conductivity, and surface durability. Certain formulations may also benefit from its lower thickening efficiency and different polarity characteristics, allowing improved compatibility or processing flexibility in specific systems.


The product can function as a rheology control agent, anti-settling additive, reinforcing filler, polishing material, thermal conductivity additive, and surface modification material in various industrial systems. Its ultra-fine particle structure helps improve dispersion stability, scratch resistance, mechanical strength, transparency, and surface performance while maintaining low loading levels.
