SiSiB® Flexible Foam Stabilizers are developed for slabstock and molded polyurethane foam production requiring controlled foam expansion, emulsification, cell opening, and stabilization behavior. These products help maintain foam uniformity and stable processing across different foam densities and production conditions.

Selected grades can improve breathability, softness, resilience, mechanical performance, and foam appearance while reducing collapse risk and processing instability. Different technologies are available for conventional flexible foam, low-density foam, slow-recovery foam, and specialty comfort foam systems.

Compared with rigid foam stabilizers, flexible foam technologies place greater emphasis on foam openness, comfort, resilience, and dynamic mechanical properties.
