SiSiB® Rigid Foam Stabilizers are designed for rigid polyurethane (PU) and polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam systems requiring fine cell structure, dimensional stability, thermal insulation performance, and stable processing behavior. These products play an important role in balancing emulsification, foam stabilization, gas retention, and cell control during the foaming process.

Depending on formulation design and blowing technology, selected grades can help optimize closed-cell content, foam uniformity, compressive strength, thermal conductivity, and surface quality while reducing foam shrinkage and collapse risk. Compared with flexible foam stabilizers, rigid foam technologies are more focused on insulation efficiency, closed-cell structure, and dimensional stability under demanding thermal and mechanical conditions.
