SiSiB® One Component Foam Stabilizers are designed to balance foam expansion, curing behavior, adhesion, and foam stability under varying environmental and application conditions. Stable foam structure and controlled expansion behavior are critical for achieving reliable application performance.

Selected grades can improve substrate adhesion, foam uniformity, dimensional stability, and dispensing consistency while reducing shrinkage and collapse risk. The technologies are suitable for aerosol foam systems and moisture-curing polyurethane formulations.

Compared with conventional slabstock foam technologies, one-component foam systems require stronger balance between expansion efficiency, cure behavior, and application control.
