RTV-2 for Potting & Encapsulation

SINOSIL™ RTV-2 for Potting & Encapsulation is a two-component platinum-cure silicone system designed to protect electronic and electrical components against moisture, heat, dust, vibration, weathering, and chemical exposure. Based on addition cure technology, these systems cure without generating byproducts and are suitable for applications requiring stable electrical performance and long-term reliability.

Depending on formulation design, selected grades can provide excellent electrical insulation, thermal stability, low shrinkage, stress relief, weather resistance, flame resistance, and long-term durability. Certain products are developed with low viscosity and good flowability for complex component encapsulation, while others are optimized for higher mechanical strength, thermal conductivity, or flexible protection performance.

Compared with conventional condensation cure systems, platinum-cure RTV-2 silicone technologies generally provide lower shrinkage, improved dimensional stability, lower volatile generation, and better compatibility with sensitive electronic and electrical components.

SINOSIL™ RTV-2 silicone systems are widely used in power supplies, LED drivers, sensors, electronic modules, transformers, ignition systems, industrial control devices, automotive electronics, communication equipment, and various electrical insulation applications. Selected grades are also suitable for waterproof sealing, cable accessories, photovoltaic systems, and outdoor electronic protection.
