Nanjing SiSiB Silicones Co., Ltd.

SiSiB is a leading manufacturer of silanes and silicones in the world with more than 30 years’ history.

Hydrogen silicone fluid contains active Si-H bonds with high activity and can react with many active groups. Hydrogen silicone fluid by SiSiB, a relaible silicone oil supplier, includes pendant hydrogen silicone fluid and hydride terminated silicone fluid. Hydrogen silicone fluid has excellent thermal stability, chemical stability, hydrophobicity and reactivity. Methyl Hydrogen Silicone Fluid SiSiB® HF2020 contains a hydrogen group on each silicon atom, allowing the fluid to be chemically reactive with hydroxyl groups and unsaturated organic compounds; it is used as waterproofing (hydrophobing) agents for gypsum, textiles, leather, powders, silicas and other fillers.

Hydrogen Silicone Fluid SiSiB® HF2050 is a trimethylsilyl capped methyl-hydrogen dimethyl siloxane copolymer; it is primarily used as crosslinkers for curing vinyl-functional silicone fluids. With different Si-H content, it can provide good flexibility in formulating liquid silicone rubber. Curing is affected by a platinum catalyst resulting in an addition reaction between the hydrogen and the vinyl group of the silicones. It is available in a variety of viscosities and hydrogen contents.

SiSiB® HF2030 is a reactive silicone fluid terminated with silicon-hydride group; it is more reactive than pendant hydrogen silicone oils. SiSiB® HF2030 can be used as chain extender and crosslinker for addition cure liquid silicone rubber. It is used in conjunction with crosslinking hydrides to increase elongation and tear strength and lower durometer. SiSiB® HF2030 can be used as chain extender and used for water repellent treatment of textiles. It is available in a variety of hydrogen contents.

SiSiB® HF2030 can be used as a reactive intermediate to make ABA organo-modified silicones via hydrosilations. SiSiB® HF2030 and HF2050 can be used as a reactive intermediate to make organo-modified silicones via hydrosilations. Functional groups normally attached in this way include allyl terminated polyethylene or polypropylene glycols, amines and epoxies.
