Silicone Surfactant for Flexible Polyurethane Foam

ADDSiL™ 13999 is a low-emission, medium-potency silicone surfactant designed for flexible slabstock polyurethane foam applications. With reduced low molecular weight siloxane content, it provides effective cell stabilization and helps improve foam height and top-to-bottom density distribution.


ADDSiL™ 13999 is suitable for a wide range of conventional flexible foam formulations, including low-density foams and liquid CO₂ foaming systems. It also offers good foam stability and broad processing latitude in slabstock production.

Application


ADDSiL™ 13999 is suitable for flexible slabstock polyurethane foam production, including conventional flexible foams, low-density foams and liquid CO₂ foaming systems. It is particularly suitable for slabstock foams with densities of approximately 12-40 kg/m³.

Packing and Storage


  • ADDSiL™ 13999 is supplied in 200Kg steel drum or 1000Kg IBC tote.


  • Store in tightly closed original containers in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Avoid exposure to excessive heat or freezing conditions.


  • When stored under recommended conditions in unopened containers, it has a typical shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture.
