SINOSIL™-9121 is a platinum-cured, two-part liquid silicone rubber with high thermal conductivity (up to 4.0 W/m·K). It cures at room or elevated temperatures and is ideal for potting heat-generating electronics, offering excellent dielectric properties, elasticity, and effective thermal dissipation.
