Silicone Silica Masterbatch

SiSiB® MB16100 is a new type of plastic additive containing 60% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer and 40% fumed silica.


SiSiB® MB16100 could be used as a silicone additive in almost all thermoplastics polymer to improve processing properties, surface quality and mechanical property.

Application


  • SiSiB® MB16100 is used to improve the mobility of resin, processing performance.


  • SiSiB® MB16100 is used to increase productivity and reduce product defect rate.


  • SiSiB® MB16100 greatly improves the impact strength, tensile strength, flame resistance, ageing resistance, scratch & abrasion resistance, surface finish of final products and hand feel, ideal silicone oil for gym equipment.


  • SiSiB® MB16100 has no effect on the surface printing.


  • We suggest mixing SiSiB® MB16100 with compatible silicone resin at a certain proportion, such as 2-5%, then molding or pelleting directly.


Packing and Storage


  • SiSiB® MB16100 is supplied in 25Kg craft paper bag.


  • In the unopened original container SiSiB® MB16100 has a shelf life of one year in a dry and cool place.
