SiSiB® EF1000 is a linear multicomponent copolymerization epoxy silicone fluid. It can be reacted with amidogen due to the epoxy group.
SiSiB® EF1000 is a new type of intermediates which replaces traditional epoxy terminated silicone fluid. And it can be used to produce 50-95% content of block silicone fluid.

SiSiB® EF1000-M12K is mainly used to produce soft, smooth block silicone oil.
SiSiB® EF1000-M14K is mainly used to produce super smooth, soft block silicone oil
Molecular weights between 4K~20K are available upon request.
SiSiB® EF1000 has silicone, polyether, polyester and acylamino group, customer only need to add the organic amine to obtain the new structure of block silicone fluid. It has very good stability. Customer can select the organic amine freely.
SiSiB® EF1000 epoxy silicone oil has the hydrophilic polyether chain, customer doesn’t need to use ED series of polyether amine in the subsequent block copolymerization, and it may help to reduce the cost of final products.
SiSiB® EF1000 can reduce greatly the dosage of the solvent in the process of polymerization with organic amine. The solvent dosage is only 5%-20% of SiSiB® EF1000. The final product is homogeneous, transparent, high concentration block silicone fluid; it can improve the performance and also reduces the VOC.
Customer can produce all kinds of hand feelings of block silicone fluid with different molecular weight SiSiB® EF1000.
The quaternary ammonium modified block silicone fluid has better hydrophilicity and stability than common quaternary ammonium modified silicone fluid.
SiSiB® EF1000 also can be used in waterborne epoxy silicone resin system to improve the flexibility of the resin and reduce the interior stress.
SiSiB® EF1000 is supplied in 5Kg pail, 25Kg and 200Kg plastic drum.
In the unopened original container SiSiB® EF1000 has a shelf life of one year in a dry and cool place.
