Application


  • SiSiB® OF6057 is widely used in silicone rubber compounding as a filler treatment agent and structure control additive, particularly in formulations containing fumed silica. Its low viscosity allows for excellent processability, promoting uniform mixing and efficient dispersion of fillers. It also helps to suppress crepe hardening during processing, thereby enhancing formulation stability and improving the mechanical performance of the final silicone elastomer.


Packing and Storage


  • SiSiB® OF6057 fluid is supplied in 25Kg pail or 200Kg steel drum.


  • In the original unopened packaging, SiSiB® OF6057 fluid has a shelf life of 18 months in a dry and cool place.
