Amino Silicone Fluid

Soft Fluffy Amino Silicone Fluid SiSiB® AF2230 is modified organic silicone crude oil, applied in soft finish of various fiber textiles especially cotton, cotton/polyester, polyester, and blended cotton fabrics, which can get perfect handle. It has little effect on whiteness, shade, and color fastness of fabrics.

Applications


  • SiSiB® AF2230 liquid silicone oil can be used on super soft, fluffy, smooth finish of cotton, cotton/poly and cotton blended fabric.


  • SiSiB® AF2230 endows the fabrics with excellent fluffy and smooth hand feelings.


  • SiSiB® AF2230 endows the cotton fabrics with super soft and smooth hand feelings.


  • The stability of working fluid of emulsified liquid is good, and it has good compatibility with silicone adhesive and dope.


  • Dosage:

    Dipping Process:   Emulsified SiSiB®AF2230   2-6%(o.w.f)

    Padding Process:   Emulsified SiSiB®AF2230   10-50g/l.


Packing and Storage


  • SiSiB® AF2230 by SiSiB, a reliable silicone company, is supplied in 100Kg plastic drum.


  • In the original unopened packaging, SiSiB® AF2230 has a shelf life of eight months in a dry and cool place.
