Applications

SiSiB® PC16260 can be used in silicone personal care: skin care, hair care, and other potential formulations, such as sun care, color cosmetics, and styling aid, etc.

How to use:
SiSiB® PC16260 could be dispersed into the oil-phase using simple mixing.

SiSiB® PC16260 can be added to the silicone oil phase in an emulsion formulation.

SiSiB® PC16260 can be post-added to emulsions provided the emulsion is viscous enough for the products to be dispersed.

For ease of use, blending with dimethicone or cyclomethicone may reduce this product’s viscosity.

SiSiB® PC16260 should be processed in an enclosed vessel to prevent the cylcopentasiloxane from volatilizing when heat is used.

The recommended processing temperature of this dimethicone crosspolymer product is not over 60°C.

In the original unopened packaging, SiSiB® PC16260 has a shelf life of one year in a dry and cool place. The storage temperature could not be over 60°C.
