Introduction

SiSiB® SEM365 is a 65% actives non-ionic emulsion formulated with PDMS. Because of its non-ionic nature, it can be used in a variety of systems, such as nonionic, anionic, cationic surfactant or polymer systems without forming a complex.

It has good wetting and sliding resistance. Below 50°C, it has good emulsion stability.

Applications

Car care and furniture polish formulations, providing high gloss with minimal smear.
Release agent applications for plastics and rubber components (e.g., stoppers, screw caps, bungs).
Lubrication of extruded rubber profiles and conveyor belts.
Lubricant for textile machinery and processing equipment.
Its higher silicone concentration makes it particularly suitable for applications requiring enhanced gloss durability and lubrication performance at reduced addition levels.

Packing and Storage

SiSiB® SEM365 is supplied in 20Kg drum or 200kg drum.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Protect from freezing. Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use.

When stored in the original unopened packaging under recommended conditions, SiSiB® SEM365 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
