SiSiB® OP3160

Epoxy Silane Hydrolysate.

SiSiB® OP3160 is clear to straw liquid, containing epoxy silane as frozen composition. 


According to the use of different fields, SiSiB® OP3160 should be diluted to 0.5% to 25% with distilled water, or add it into the water based silicone polymer system accordingly. The optimal dosage is not the same due to different formula.

Application


  • SiSiB® OP3160 is mainly used in fiberglass, sealant, resin, coating and foundry industry.


  • SiSiB® OP3160 silanes and silicones can be used for surface treatment of fiberglass and inorganic mineral powder to improve their application.


  • SiSiB® OP3160 can be used as primer of glass surface and treating agent on metal surface, such as phosphating and passivation additives for silanes.



  • SiSiB® OP3160 can be used as adding additives for water based polymer systems, like adhesion promoter or modifier.


Packing and Storage


  • SiSiB® OP3160 is supplied in 5Kg, 25Kg pail, 200Kg steel drum, or 1000Kg IBC container.


  • In the unopened original container SiSiB® OP3160 has a shelf life of one year in a dry and cool place.
