Condensation Cure RTV-2 for Moldmaking

SiSiB® MR1118 is a two-part room temperature vulcanized (RTV-2) silicone rubber. When mixed with 2-3% curing agent, it remains workable for 30 minutes and cures within 4-6 hours.

Application


  • SiSiB® MR1118 is suitable for mold fabrication, including replica molds, decorative mold production and other general-purpose moldmaking applications requiring good tear resistance and dimensional stability.


Packing and Storage


Part A (Base Silicone) is supplied in 25 kg plastic pails or 200 kg steel drums.


Part B (Curing Agent) is supplied in 1 kg bottles.


Alternative packaging may be available upon request.
