Introduction

SiSiB® SEM370 is an ultra-high solids, non-ionic polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) emulsion containing approximately 70% active silicone. Due to its non-ionic character, it demonstrates excellent compatibility with nonionic, anionic, and cationic surfactant or polymer systems without instability or complex formation.

Its very high silicone content enables maximum formulation efficiency, providing outstanding surface lubricity, gloss enhancement, and release performance. The emulsion is suitable for applications requiring high active silicone delivery at reduced addition levels.

Packing and Storage

SiSiB® SEM370 is supplied in 200Kg drum.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Protect from freezing. Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use.

When stored in the original unopened packaging under recommended conditions, SiSiB® SEM370 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
