SiSiB® AA1176 is a solvent-free anchorage additive designed as one component of multi-component silicone release coating systems. It improves the anchorage of silicone release coatings to unprimed film substrates, especially polyester films, while having minimal impact on cure and release performance.

Application


  • SiSiB® AA1176 is used as an anchorage additive in multi-component silicone release coating systems for film substrates. It is suitable for release coatings applied on pressure-sensitive laminate and label stock, single- and double-sided industrial release films, and film liners for technical adhesive tapes. The product is particularly effective in improving the anchorage of silicone release coatings to unprimed polyester films and can be used in both in-line lamination processes and off-line siliconization.


Packing and Storage


SiSiB® AA1176 is available in 20Kg pail and 200Kg drum.


SiSiB® AA1176 may be stored up to one year in a sealed container. Containers should be stored in a cool, dry area. Extended storage at elevated temperatures or exposure to direct heat or sunlight could reduce product life. Keep containers sealed when not in use.
