Polyether-Modified Silicone Defoamer

SiSiB® DF1025 is a general-purpose polyether-modified silicone defoamer designed for foam control in a wide range of aqueous systems. With a high non-volatile matter content, it provides excellent defoaming and foam suppression at very low dosage levels. It disperses readily in surfactant-containing systems and delivers stable performance over a broad pH range.


It is widely used in detergent formulations, industrial and household cleaners, water-based emulsion systems, and other aqueous formulations requiring efficient foam control.

Application


SiSiB® DF1025 is recommended for foam control in a wide range of aqueous systems, including liquid laundry detergents, household and industrial cleaning products, water-based emulsion systems, surfactant-containing process formulations, and other aqueous applications where efficient defoaming and foam suppression are required.

Packing and Storage


  • SiSiB® DF1025 is typically supplied in 200KG plastic drum or 1000KG IBC.


  • Store in the original unopened container in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Protect from freezing. The shelf life of SiSiB® DF1025 is 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored under the recommended conditions.
