Silicone Additive for PET Film

SiSiB® SiM4028 is a PET-based modified silicone additive supplied in pellet form. It is designed primarily as a slip and processing additive for PET films.


SiSiB® SiM4028 effectively reduces the surface coefficient of friction, improves surface smoothness and processing lubricity, and enhances film gloss. Its specially designed molecular structure provides good compatibility with PET, minimizes migration and blooming, and has minimal impact on film transparency and subsequent surface treatment.

Application


  • SiSiB® SiM4028 is recommended for PET films requiring improved surface slip, lower coefficient of friction, better processability, enhanced surface smoothness, and higher gloss.

Packing and Storage


  • SiSiB® SiM4028 is supplied in 25Kg craft paper bag with PE inner liner.


  • Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature below 40°C. Keep the packaging tightly sealed and protect the product from moisture to prevent agglomeration.


  • In the original unopened packaging, SiSiB® SiM4028 has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture.
