SiSiB® SiE6040 is a silicone thermoplastic elastomer produced through dynamic vulcanization technology. In this material, fully vulcanized silicone rubber is uniformly dispersed as fine particles within a thermoplastic elastomer matrix, forming a sea-island structure.

Application


  • SiSiB® SiE6040 is suitable for sealing applications, cables and wire coatings, synthetic leather, films, and other extruded or injection-molded elastomer components.

Packing and Storage


SiSiB® SiE6040 is supplied in 25 kg craft paper bag with PE inner bag.


In the original unopened packaging, SiSiB® SiE6040 has a shelf life of 24 months in a cool and well-ventilated place.
