Silicone Defoamer

SiSiB® DF1037 is a nonionic silicone defoamer developed for aqueous oilfield systems. It provides rapid foam knockdown and sustained foam control at low addition levels, with good compatibility over a broad pH and temperature range.

Application


SiSiB® DF1037 is designed for foam control in water-based drilling fluids, including freshwater, seawater, high-salinity brine and saturated brine systems. It is also suitable for use in water-based fracturing fluids.

Packing and Storage


  • SiSiB® DF1037 is supplied in 25Kg pail, 200Kg drum and 1000Kg IBC.


  • Store in a dry and ventilated place. Protect from freezing.


  • SiSiB® DF1037 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
