SiSiB® SEM335

SiSiB® SEM335 is a non-ionic polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) emulsion containing 35% active ingredient. Its non-ionic nature ensures excellent compatibility with non-ionic, anionic, cationic, and polymer systems, without causing complexation or undesired reactions. The product provides outstanding wetting and anti-slip properties and remains stable at temperatures below 50 °C.

Application


  • SiSiB® SEM335 enhances gloss and reduces smearing, making it ideal for automotive and furniture polish formulations. It serves as an efficient release agent for plastic and rubber components such as stoppers, caps, and bungs, and provides reliable lubrication for extruded rubber products and conveyor belts. In addition, it is well suited for use as a lubricant in textile machinery.


Packing and Storage


SiSiB® SEM335 is supplied in 20Kg drum or 200Kg drum.


In the original unopened packaging, SiSiB® SEM335 has a shelf life of 12 months in a dry and cool place.
