KOBOND-5412

KOBOND™8412 is a silicone-free defoamer designed for solvent-borne and solvent-free coating and ink systems. Based on acrylic copolymer chemistry, it exhibits strong defoaming performance without adversely affecting intercoat adhesion. It effectively eliminates entrapped air during production, application, and substrate wetting, while maintaining good compatibility in a variety of resin systems.

Application


  • KOBOND™ 5412 is suitable for use in 2K polyurethane systems, amino-baking coatings, nitrocellulose immersion systems, acid-curing amino systems, and coil coatings. It can be used in solvent-based and solvent-free industrial coatings and printing ink systems.

Packing and Storage


KOBOND™ 5412 is supplied in 25Kg pail or 180Kg drum.


Store in tightly sealed containers in a dry and well-ventilated place. Keep away from heat, fire, strong acids and oxidizing agents. Under such conditions, KOBOND™ 5412 has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of production.
