Benefits & Applications

PowerCat™ A77 is widely used as a foaming catalyst in both flexible and rigid polyurethane foam systems. It is particularly recommended for:

All-water-blown TDI or TDI/MDI-based high resilience (HR) foam

MDI-based cold-cure molded polyurethane cushioning foams

Flexible slabstock foam applications

Rigid pour-in-place systems

PowerCat™ A77 improves the efficiency of cell-opening surfactants and is widely used in soft foam applications such as mattresses, automotive seating, and furniture cushions.

Packing and Storage

PowerCat™ A77 is supplied in 170Kg drum and 850Kg IBC.

In accordance with good industrial practice, handle with care and avoid unnecessary personal contact. Avoid continuous or repetitive breathing of dust. Use only with adequate ventilation. Protect skin. Avoid dust formation and ignition sources.

This product may be stored up to two years in a sealed container. Containers should be stored in a cool, dry area. Extended storage at elevated temperatures or exposure to direct heat or sunlight could reduce product life. Keep containers sealed when not in use.
