INTRODUCTION

ADDSiL™ 1370 is a hydroxyl-functional silicone-modified polyacrylate solution designed to improve anti-graffiti and easy-clean performance in solventborne coating systems.

The hydroxyl functionality enables reactive incorporation into crosslinked binder networks. After curing, the additive is chemically fixed within the coating film, resulting in durable easy-clean performance and reduced migration compared with non-reactive silicone additives.

Applications

ADDSiL™ 1370 is suitable for solvent-borne coating systems such as 2K polyurethane, alkyd/melamine, polyester/melamine, acrylic/melamine, and acrylic-epoxy hybrid systems. It is particularly recommended for clear coats and top coats where improved anti-graffiti performance, easy-clean properties, and surface modification are required.
