SiSiB® SR8010 is a solvent-free solid phenyl methyl resin with excellent compatibility with organic resins. It can be as a sole binder and is ideal as a base material for both powder and liquid coatings, offering enhanced durability and heat resistance.

SiSiB® SR8010 is used as a powder coating binder or co-binder to improve heat resistance and weatherability. It is compatible with epoxy, polyester, and other powder coating resins.
It can also be blended with solvent-based silicone resins to reduce VOC content or incorporated into solvent-based organic coatings to improve film performance and durability.
Typical applications include high-temperature coatings for home appliances, cookware, stoves, fireplaces, ovens, kilns, flues, chimneys, automotive exhaust systems, and engine components. It is also suitable for insulating coatings in electrical equipment.
SiSiB® SR8010 is available in 20Kg pails and 50Kg drum.
SiSiB® SR8010 can crosslink or self-condense in the presence of moisture, making it essential to avoid moisture exposure before final application.
SiSiB® SR8010 Silicone Resin has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in its original, unopened containers at or below 0°C -40°C. After opening, containers should be tightly sealed to prevent contamination and moisture from entering the product.
