Silicone Defoamer

SiSiB® DF1013 is a silicone antifoam emulsion designed for effective foam control in textile processing and a variety of aqueous industrial systems. It provides rapid foam knockdown together with good antifoam persistence and maintains stable performance over a broad pH range.


SiSiB® DF1013 offers good dilution stability and can be readily incorporated into water-based systems. It is particularly suitable for textile sizing and dyeing processes at moderate temperatures, as well as adhesives, cutting fluids and other aqueous industrial applications.

Application


SiSiB® DF1013 is suitable for foam control in textile sizing, dyeing and finishing processes, particularly at processing temperatures below 80°C. It may also be used in water-based adhesives, cutting fluids and other aqueous industrial processes where effective and persistent foam control is required.

Packing and Storage


  • SiSiB® DF1013 is supplied in 25Kg pails, 200Kg drums, or 1000Kg IBC.


  • Store in the original unopened container in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place.  Keep the container tightly closed and protect the product from freezing and excessive heat.


  • SiSiB® DF1013 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
