SiSiB® SiM4023 is a 100% active polyester-modified polysiloxane additive for transparent engineering plastics (PMMA, PC, PBT, PET, PA), improving scratch resistance, gloss, smoothness, lubrication, mold release without affecting optical properties.

Application


  • SiSiB® SiM4023 is suitable for use in transparent thermoplastics such as PMMA, PC, PBT, PET, and PA, as well as in thermoplastic elastomers like TPE and TPU. It functions as a scratch-resistant and surface-enhancing additive, improving processing lubricity, mold release, and gloss without compromising transparency. The product can be used in direct extrusion, injection molding, or for masterbatch production in various engineering applications.


Packing and Storage


SiSiB® SiM4023 is supplied in 25Kg craft paper bag with PE inner liner.


In the unopened original container SiSiB® SiM4023 has a shelf life of one year in a dry and cool place.
