POWSIL™-60490 is highly effective for fabric padding, offering outstanding deepening and color-modification effects, particularly for finishing and intensifying the "Arabic black" shade on polyester fabric.It is recommended to use POWSIL™-60490 in combination with KOLARY™-1749. First, treat the fabric with KOLARY™-1749, then follow with a secondary treatment using POWSIL™-60490.

Application


  • Use a padding concentration of 20–30 g/L, adjusting as necessary based on specific process conditions.


  • Apply the treatment after dyeing, then perform a thorough rinsing and dehydration.


  • Typically, this process is implemented during the final tentering or heat-setting stage.


  • For long-lasting effects, the drying temperature must exceed 120°C; a range of 170–180°C for 90–120 seconds is recommended.

Packing and Storage


POWSIL™-60490 is available in 50Kg or 125Kg drum.


In the unopened original container, POWSIL™-60490 has a shelf life of 12 months in a dry and cool place.
