SiSiB® VF6825 is a specialty silicone polymer: vinyldimethyl-terminated methyl-phenyl polysiloxane with vinyl groups on both ends. Its distinct structure boosts thermal stability, oxidation resistance and refractive index vs. conventional PDMS.

Application


  • High-Performance Silicone Elastomers

    Utilized as a base polymer for producing elastomers with excellent thermal stability, oxidative resistance, and mechanical durability.


  • Optical-Grade Materials

    Suitable for optical applications requiring a higher refractive index, such as LED encapsulants and optical adhesives.


  • Electronic Encapsulation

    Used in protective coatings and potting materials for electronic components, offering flexibility and stability over a wide temperature range.


  • High-Temperature Coatings and Sealants

    Enhances the durability and weathering resistance of coatings and sealants exposed to extreme thermal and oxidative conditions.

Packing and Storage


SiSiB® VF6825 is supplied in 5Kg, 25Kg pails, and 200Kg steel drums.


In the original unopened packaging, SiSiB® VF6825 has a shelf life of 24 months.
