Application

SiSiB® CS9006 is primarily recommended for leather finishing, especially as a softening and surface-modifying additive for leather topcoats. It imparts a smooth, silky and non-tacky hand while improving surface gloss and abrasion resistance. Depending on the desired performance, it may be used alone or blended with other leather-finishing additives.

SiSiB® CS9006 may also be used in plywood and furniture coatings, decorative coatings, woodgrain paper coatings and solvent-based printing inks to improve surface slip, gloss and resistance to blocking.
