Application


  • SiSiB® DF1858 is a 100 % active silicone antifoam concentrate that delivers powerful foam control at very low dosage levels.


  • SiSiB® DF1858 performs reliably in conventional surfactant and polymer foaming systems and acts as an effective defoamer in papermaking, pulping, and washing processes.


  • Before use, DF1858 should be pre‑formulated into a dispersion or emulsion; simply stir it into clean water with standard commercial emulsifiers and preservatives to ensure uniform distribution and optimal defoaming performance.


Packing and Storage


SiSiB® DF1858 is supplied in 200Kg steel drum.


When stored at temperatures between 10°C and 35°C in the original unopened containers, SiSiB® DF1858 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.
