SiSiB® MB1049

SiSiB® MB1049 is a pelletized masterbatch with 50% UHMW siloxane polymer in an LDPE carrier. It improves polyethylene processing by enhancing flow, reducing torque, aiding mold release, and providing durable surface slip and better surface quality.

Application


  • SiSiB® MB1049 is suitable for use in polyethylene films, injection-molded parts, and extruded products where internal lubrication, improved processing efficiency, and enhanced surface finish are desired.

Packing and Storage


SiSiB® MB1049 is supplied in 25kg, craft paper bag.


In the original unopened packaging, SiSiB® MB1049 has a shelf life of 24 months in a dry and cool place.
