SiSiB® SiM4109

SiSiB® SiM4109 is a super slip masterbatch with UHMW PDMS in a polypropylene terpolymer carrier. Designed for BOPP and CPP films, it ensures smooth surfaces, low COF, and high-speed processing with non-migrating slip, no dusting, no precipitation, and minimal impact on clarity.

Application


SiSiB® SiM4109 is ideal for BOPP, cast polypropylene (CPP), and other PP-based films requiring excellent hot slip and surface smoothness.


Processing methods: Cast film, blown film, BOPP.


Recommended dosage:


  • 2-7 wt% in the skin layer, depending on target COF


  • Compatible with anti-blocking agents if needed


Packing and Storage


SiSiB® SiM4109 is supplied in 25kg, craft paper bag.


In the original unopened packaging, SiSiB® SiM4109 has a shelf life of 12 months at dry condition, room temperature.
