KOBOND-9019

KOBOND™9019 is a modified polyamide rheology additive for solvent-based and UV-curable coatings. It improves fumed silica efficiency, enhances suspension stability, and prevents pigment settling. Ideal for vinyl, epoxy, unsaturated polyester, and radiation-curable resins, it also optimizes viscosity control.

Application


  • KOBOND™ 9019 is recommended for use in solvent-borne coating and ink systems based on polyester, acrylate, or alkyd binders containing fumed silica, where enhanced thixotropy, sedimentation resistance, and anti-sagging performance are required.

Packing and Storage


KOBOND™ 9019 is supplied in 25Kg pail.


When stored at temperatures between 10°C and 35°C in the original unopened containers, KOBOND™ 9019 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.


Slight separation or turbidity may occur during storage. This does not affect product performance. Stir thoroughly before use to restore uniformity.
