SiSiB® SEM351

SiSiB® SEM351 is a 51% active silicone emulsion designed for general formulation use as a slip agent and process aid. It is suitable for applications across industries such as rubber processing, paper processing, automotive care, and polish formulations. SiSiB® SEM351 provides excellent surface lubrication, enhances gloss, and facilitates easy processing.

Application


  • SiSiB® SEM351 can be used directly or diluted with water for application via spraying, rubbing, or bath immersion. It is ideal for rubber and paper processing, automotive surface treatment, and formulation into polishes and surface care products.


  • It provides good gloss with minimal smear in car and furniture polish formulations. It also serves as an effective release agent for plastics and rubber parts such as stoppers, screw tops, and bungs.


  • Additionally, SiSiB® SEM351 is applied as a lubricant for extruded rubber parts, conveyor belts, and textile machinery components. Dilution ratios and application methods can be adjusted according to specific processing conditions or performance requirements.

Packing and Storage


SiSiB® SEM351 is supplied in 20Kg drum or 200kg plastic drum.


Store in a cool and dry place out of direct sunlight.
