KOBOND-3023

KOBOND™ 8023 is a high-molecular-weight polyurethane dispersant containing multiple pigment-affinic groups. It provides excellent dispersing power and long-term stability for both organic and inorganic pigments, including carbon blacks. The product effectively prevents flocculation, flooding, and floating, reduces grinding time, and improves gloss and color strength.

Application


  • KOBOND™ 3023 is recommended for a wide range of solvent-based coating systems, from high-performance industrial coatings to decorative paints. It can also be used in universal solvent-based pigment concentrates.

Packing and Storage


KOBOND™ 3023 is supplied in 25Kg pails.


Keep in dry, cool and well-ventilated place. When stored at temperatures between 10°C and 35°C in the original unopened containers, KOBOND™ 8032 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.


It may partially solidify if stored below 10°C. Gentle heating to 35-40 °C will restore it to liquid.
