POWSIL™ 99802 is a high-performance amino-modified silicone microemulsion concentrate designed for textile softening. It imparts superior softness, slickness, elasticity, and smoothness to a wide range of fabrics. The product exhibits low yellowing and excellent compatibility with various substrates.

Dilution Guidelines


  • POWSIL™-99802 can be used as received or pre-diluted with water before applying.


  • To prepare a 30% active microemulsion, mix 30% POWSIL™ 99802 with 70% water.


  • Add water into a mixing tank, then slowly add POWSIL™ 99802 under gentle stirring. Continue stirring until fully dispersed. Let the mixture stand until a clear microemulsion forms.


Application Guide


  • The recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

Packing and Storage


POWSIL™-99802 is available in 50Kg or 120Kg drum.


In the unopened original container POWSIL™-99802 has a shelf life of 9 months in a dry and cool place.
