Application

SiSiB® DF1090 is a high‑performance defoamer engineered for aggressive acid and alkali environments. It delivers rapid, lasting foam control in acid and alkali extraction processes (e.g., pharmaceutical and humic‑acid recovery), metal‑cutting fluids, water‑based cutting fluids, acrylic emulsions, PU adhesive systems, water‑soluble photosensitive resin plate developers, fiber processing and dyeing baths, as well as harsh chemical applications such as alumina production, aluminum‑alkali solution treatments and paper black liquor.

SiSiB® DF1090 ensures fast foam knock‑down, excellent stability and minimal impact on overall process performance.

Packing and Storage

SiSiB® DF1090 is supplied in 25KG, 200KG drum or 1000KG lBC tote.

SiSiB® DF1090 should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated environment. The product has a shelf life of one year under proper storage conditions. Protect from moisture and frost to maintain product stability and performance.
