SiSiB® PC16209 (INCI: Caprylyl Methicone (and) Dimethicone Crosspolymer (and) Propylene Glycol (and) Water (and) PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate (and) Hexylene Glycol (and) Carbomer) is a water-dispersible silicone elastomer gel based on surface-modified dimethicone crosspolymer.
