KOBOND™ 8115 is a copolymer-based dispersant with pigment-affinity groups for silicone systems, featuring good silicone compatibility without affecting cross-linking, adhesion or flexibility, and improving thermal filler dispersion to boost stability and reduce viscosity/oil separation.

Application


  • KOBOND™ 3115 is recommended for use in the formulation of silicone elastomers, gels, greases, and thermal interface materials. It improves storage stability and construction performance in silicone formulations.

Packing and Storage


KOBOND™ 3115 is supplied in 25Kg pails.


KOBOND™ 3115 shall be stored in hermetically sealed containers in a well-ventilated area, away from heat sources. Under the aforementioned storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of production.
