Silicone Slip Masterbatch for PE Film

SiSiB® SiM4001 is a silicone slip masterbatch based on a polyethylene carrier, with a proprietary silicone copolymer as the active slip component. It is specially developed for polyethylene films to provide efficient and long-lasting slip performance without adversely affecting film transparency or downstream processing.

Application


  • SiSiB® SiM4001 is particularly suitable for polyethylene blown films and cast films. It is normally incorporated into the surface layer of the film to improve opening and slip performance.

Packing and Storage


  • SiSiB® SiM4001 is supplied in paper-plastic laminated bags with a net weight of 25 kg per bag.


  • Store SiSiB® SiM4001 in a cool and well-ventilated place. In the original unopened packaging, SiSiB® SiM4001 has a shelf life of 12 months at dry condition, room temperature.
