SiSiB® BC8001 is a high-viscosity phenyl silicone buffer (damper) clay, a grey grease with excellent shear stability, designed for extreme-cold dynamic damping/sealing in aerospace, rail and precision systems.

Application


  • SiSiB® BC8001 is widely used for vibration damping, shock absorption, and sealing in extreme low-temperature environments.


  • Typical applications include aerospace components, railway systems, and precision mechanical assemblies that require long-term stability and excellent mechanical performance under stress. Its high viscosity and flexible consistency make it especially suitable for cold-weather lubrication and cushioning.


Packing and Storage


SiSiB® BC8001 is supplied in 20Kg pails and 200Kg steel drums.


In the original unopened packaging, SiSiB® BC8001 has a shelf life of 36 months in a dry and cool place.
