Application

KOBOND™ 3019 is suitable for use in water-based and solvent-based coating systems. It is particularly effective for dispersing inorganic pigments such as titanium dioxide and other mineral fillers. The dispersant improves wetting efficiency, reduces viscosity during grinding, and enhances pigment loading in millbases.

In finished color pastes, KOBOND™ 3019 helps maintain dispersion stability and reduces the risk of flocculation or viscosity increase during storage.

Packing and Storage

KOBOND™ 3019 is supplied in 25Kg Pail or 200Kg Drum.

When stored at temperatures between 10°C and 35°C in the original unopened containers, KOBOND™ 3019 has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of production.
