Sikcoat™ XL1980 is a reactive silicone crosslinker designed for use in solvent-free, addition-curing silicone release coating systems. In combination with silicone base polymers and platinum catalysts, it enables rapid curing, stable bath performance, and consistent release values.

Application


  • Sikcoat™ XL1980 is used as a crosslinker in addition-curing silicone release systems. It is recommended for paper and film release liners, adhesive tapes, labels, and anti-adhesive packaging applications.

Packing and Storage


Sikoat™ XL 1980 is available in 25Kg Pail or 200Kg Drum.


When stored in original unopened containers at temperatures below 35°C, Sikoat™ XL 1980 has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of production.
