SiSiB® PC16100 (INCI: Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer (and)HDI/Trimethylol Hexyllactone Crosspolymer is a silicone elastomer micro powder modified with polyurethane, designed to deliver a feather-light, skin-adhering texture with exceptional sensory performance. It provides silky smoothness, oil absorption, soft-focus effects, and a natural matte effect, while dispersing easily in both oils and emulsions.

In skincare and sunscreen formulations, SiSiB® PC16100 reduces greasiness and enhances spreadability, forming stable, lightweight emulsions with a velvety after-feel. In oil-based systems, it quickly forms translucent gels with a powdery-soft, non-greasy finish and extended oil control.


In powder applications, SiSiB® PC16100 blends seamlessly with other powders to improve skin adhesion, oil control, and optical blurring of pores and fine lines, supporting the development of elegant, matte, and translucent cosmetic finishes. Its hybrid structure combines silicone's luxurious touch with polyurethane's resilience for multi-functional performance across diverse personal care products.

Packing and Storage


SiSiB® PC16100 is available in 10kg fiber drum.


When stored at temperatures below 38°C in the original unopened containers, SiSiB® PC16100 has a shelf life of 18 months from the date of production.
