Nonionic Silicone Emulsion

POWSIL™-50435 is a nonionic polydimethylsiloxane emulsion designed for a wide range of industrial applications. It offers good compatibility with nonionic, anionic and cationic surfactant or polymer systems and provides effective lubrication, polishing, release and softening properties.


It has excellent emulsion and dilution stability and can be readily diluted with water for use in textile finishing, mold release, polishing and other surface treatment applications.

Application


  • POWSIL™-50435 is a versatile silicone emulsion suitable for textile finishing, mold release, surface polishing and other industrial applications. In textile processing, it can be used as a raising auxiliary and lubricant to provide a soft, natural hand feel and improve fabric processing. It is also suitable for release applications involving rubber, polyurethane and plastic products, as well as the manufacture of rubber latex gloves.


  • POWSIL™-50435 can also be used in leather and furniture care, automotive and tire polishing, and other surface treatment formulations where gloss, lubrication, reduced tackiness or water repellency is required.

Packing and Storage


  • POWSIL™-50435 is packaged in net weight 50Kg and 120Kg plastic drum.


  • POWSIL™-50435 has a shelf life of 9 months when stored in its unopened original container at below 40°C in a dry and cool place. While storage beyond the recommended shelf life does not necessarily render the product unusable, it is important to check the product's properties for the intended use to ensure quality and performance, especially for quality assurance purposes.
