SiSiB® POSS601

SiSiB® POSS601 is an organo-inorganic hybrid cage-type polysilsesquioxane with a molecular size of 1.5nm. It can be used as a crosslinking agent in UV-curable resins and platinum-catalyzed hydrosilylation silicone systems to improve the wear resistance and hardness of products. It is also suitable for thermosetting silicone coatings and encapsulation materials.

Application


  • SiSiB® POSS601 can enhance wear resistance and hardness when used as a crosslinking agent in UV-curable resins and platinum-catalyzed hydrosilylation silicone systems.


  • SiSiB® POSS601 is suitable for liquid silicone rubber formulations.


  • SiSiB® POSS601 can be applied in thermosetting silicone coatings and encapsulation materials.

Packing and Storage


SiSiB® POSS601 is supplied in 10Kg fiber drum.


In the unopened original container SiSiB® POSS601 has a shelf life of one year when stored in a sealed container at room temperature, away from strong alkaline substances and moisture.
