POWSIL™-59881 is an innovative silicone softener of PU-modified reactive silicone polymer. Its self-crosslinking mechanism creates a premium elastomeric, smooth and bouncy hand feel, forming a catalyst-free film for lasting softness and resilience after high-temperature curing.

Application


  • POWSIL™-59881 is supplied as an oil-type polymer and is not ready for direct use. It must be emulsified prior to application. A 30% emulsion of POWSIL™-59881 is suitable for finishing a wide range of fabrics to improve smoothness, bouncy hand feel, elongation, and stretch recovery. It can also be used for fiber and yarn lubrication, as well as for hand-feel finishing of PU leather.

Packing and Storage


POWSIL™-59881 is available in 50Kg and 120Kg drum.


In the unopened original container POWSIL™-59881 has a shelf life of 9 months in a dry and cool place.
